6. How to upgrade or downgrade

1. Sign in and open Settings → Billing (owners: /owner/dashboard.html, shops: /shop/settings/).
2. Click Change plan. Pick the target tier from the comparison grid.
3. Review the prorated charge (or credit, on downgrade). Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you don't lose access mid-cycle.
4. Confirm. Your new feature set unlocks (or steps down) automatically — no data loss either direction.

7. A note on OEM data and I-CAR

TemplateVault does not host live licensed OEM wiring diagrams or run a direct OEM data feed. Shop Pro guidance is AI-assisted, with direct source links to I-CAR's publicly accessible Repairability Technical Support portal (rts.i-car.com) where procedures are published. Every output is labeled AI-Assisted vs Source-Referenced so technicians always know what they're looking at. The direct OEM data pipeline is in active development.
