TemplateVault is a solo-founder project. The entire platform — vehicle records, shop CRM, 42 AI functions, billing, and all public pages — runs on vanilla HTML, Firebase Auth, Firebase Firestore, and Netlify serverless functions. No frameworks. No npm on the frontend. No build system. Every page is a static HTML file that loads fast, works on any device, and costs almost nothing to serve.
The AI layer runs 42 specialized functions on the Anthropic Claude API — from VIN-anchored work order narration and photo OCR for harness diagnostics to per-VIN fault tree logic and I-CAR-referenced repair guidance. The platform integrates DIMO for live vehicle telemetry, QuickBooks and FreshBooks for shop accounting, and Stripe for billing. The whole thing was built by one person.
